Prof. Dr. Friedrich Weltzien has been since 1.9.2013 Professor for Creativity and Perception Psychology at Hochschule Hannover, Faculty III, Design and Media Department.
SS 2010 – WS 2010/11 Guest professorship for cultural history at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee.
2011 Completion of habilitation procedure at Free University of Berlin, faculty for historical and cultural sciences, University of Potsdam.
2002 Award of doctorate by Philosophical Faculty of the University of Cologne with the mark summa cum laude.
